Discharge Grievances. Any grievance arising because of a discharge shall be commenced at Step 3 of the grievance procedure by filing a grievance in writing with the Human Resources Representative within 30 calendar days of the date the xxxxxxxx is notified of her/his discharge. Thereafter, any such grievance shall be handled as provided in Step 3.
