Common use of Discharge Grievance Clause in Contracts

Discharge Grievance. If an employee, who has completed his or her probationary period, claims that s/he has been unjustly discharged, such claim must may be submitted by in the employee, who may be accompanied by form of a Union xxxxxxx, or signed grievance by the Union xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx at Step 2 of the grievance procedure to the Hospital Employer within five ten (510) days following the date the discharge is effective, or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the union.
