Disaster Preparedness. 17 A. Disaster Plan – CONTRACTOR shall have a plan for the immediate recall of 18 personnel to staff units during multi-casualty situations, or declared disaster 19 situations. This plan shall include the ability of the CONTRACTOR to page and 20 alert off-duty personnel. The CONTRACTOR shall participate in training programs 21 and exercises designed to upgrade, evaluate, and maintain readiness of the 22 system’s disaster and multi-casualty response system. 24 B.
