Common use of Disagreement Clause in Contracts

Disagreement. If agreement is not reached within thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this agreement as provided for in Section 2.01 above, either party may request that the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service provide a mediator to assist the parties.

Disagreement. If agreement is not reached within thirty forty-five (3045) calendar days prior to after the expiration of this agreement as initial meeting provided for in Section 2.01 abovesection (A), either party may request that the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service provide a mediator to assist the parties. Mediation conducted under the auspices of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service shall continue until the expiration of the contract, and, if the parties mutually agree, may continue thereafter.
