Common use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Clause in Contracts

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. To the extent authorized by Federal law, the Recipient agrees to facilitate participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) in the Project and assures that each subrecipient, lessee, third party contractor, or other participant at any tier of the Project will facilitate participation by DBEs in the Project to the extent applicable as follows:

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. To the extent authorized by Federal federal law, the Recipient Grantee agrees to facilitate participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) in the Project and assures that each subrecipientsubsequent Subgrantee, lesseexxxxxx, third party contractor, or other participant at any tier of the Project will facilitate participation by DBEs in the Project project to the extent applicable as follows:
