DISABILITY INCOME. The Executive shall receive from the Company disability income replacement coverage which will provide for replacement of income according to the Company's plans and arrangements in effect at the time of the disability during any period in which the Executive is Disabled if the disability arose during the Agreement Term and prior to the Executive's Date of Termination. During any period while the Executive is Disabled and is otherwise entitled to receive Salary and other amounts under this Agreement (including payment in lieu of Salary or other amounts pursuant to paragraph 5(b) or 5(c)), any such Salary and other amounts (or such payments in lieu of Salary and other amounts) to the Executive shall be reduced by the amount of any benefits paid for the same period of time under the Company-provided disability income replacement coverage.
DISABILITY INCOME. An employee who has disability (income protection) insurance through the District shall not be required to exhaust his/her sick leave to be granted leave under this subsection. In keeping with the District’s disability insurance carrier, an employee who has such insurance through the District may not receive both sick leave pay and disability benefits at the same time.
DISABILITY INCOME. Xxxxxxx State University offers both short-term and long-term disability income protection plans. The plans provide income protection to employees who become disabled from a covered injury or illness. Participation in either plan is voluntary with the full cost paid by the employee with after- tax dollars. DISABILITY INCOME. An employee shall not accumulate sick leave or other incidents of employment during the period that the employee is drawing disability income.
DISABILITY INCOME. Short Term Sick Leave The current plan will continue to apply without changes. Medium Term Disability 100% for Firefighters of regular gross earnings, commencing from the expiry of STSL and continuing for a maximum period of 50 weeks.
DISABILITY INCOME. Section 18.1 — I.O.D Any Officer absent from work on account of injury on duty (I.O.D.) for any period of time not exceeding twelve (12) months shall receive for each such I.O.D. full pay and benefits for the period of absence, provided such injury or illness is certified by the Medical Services Section. Such certification shall not be unreasonably withheld. Officers who have exhausted said twelve (12) month paid I.O.D. leave shall be given the option to voluntarily go on non-paid medical leave instead of disability pension, provided:

The District shall provide long-term disability income coverage for eligible bargaining unit members in an amount equal to 2/3 of the first $4,500 (maximum of $3,000) of their basic monthly salary or as allowed by OEBB. DISABILITY INCOME. LETTER #1 Ivaco Rolling Xxxxx will continue its past practice of considering am employee’s request for advance from the Company of the disability income such employee is due to receive from either the Worker’s Compensation Board or the carrier of the Company’s private insurance program, where such income is unduly delayed. These advances are made with the understanding that the employee will reimburse the Company such advances as soon as payment is received from either the Worker’s Compensation Board or the insurer, as the case may be, or as soon as the case is settled, whichever comes first. DISABILITY INCOME. In the event of Physician’s absence or absences from work as a result of personal injury or sickness during the term of this Agreement, Employer will continue Physician’s wages in full for an aggregate of three (3) months.
