Common use of Dirty Money Clause in Contracts

Dirty Money. A premium allowance of fifty-nine cents (59¢) per hour shall be paid in addition to regular rates of pay to employees in trades, helper or apprentice classifications required to work in areas contaminated with sewage. Premium allowance shall apply to actual time while exposed, except that the minimum time shall be one-half (½) hour.
