Common use of DIRECTOR POSITIONS Clause in Contracts

Upon termination of employment or Termination of Executive’s position of Executive Chairman, for any reason, Executive shall remain on any and all Board positions held with the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates. At such time, Executive shall be paid as an outside director.
