Directly or Indirectly. Where any provision in this Agreement refers to any action which a Person is prohibited from taking, the provision shall be applicable whether such action is taken directly or indirectly by such Person, including actions taken by or on behalf of any partnership in which such Person is a general partner and all liabilities of such partnerships shall be considered liabilities of such Person for purposes of this Agreement.
