Directly Incurred. Travel and subsistence (£306,460) Travel and subsistence is required to support data collection, management, inter-institutional exchanges, capacity-building activities, and engagement with the wider academic and stakeholder communities. All journeys have been costed using current train fares and based on known departureldestination locations where possible. Off-peak travel is assumed unless peak travel is unavoidable (e.g., early morning starts). Where applicable, Cardiff approved hotel and subsistence rates are included (hotel £100 per night, £30l60 subsistence per daylovernight).

  • Directly or Indirectly Where any provision in this Agreement refers to action to be taken by any Person, or which such Person is prohibited from taking, such provision shall be applicable whether such action is taken directly or indirectly by such Person.

  • Reimbursement of Costs Incurred The Contractor agrees to reimburse the Authorized User promptly for any and all additional costs and expenses incurred for acquiring acceptable services, and/or replacement Product. Should the cost of cover be less than the Contract price, the Contractor shall have no claim to the difference. The Contractor covenants and agrees that in the event suit is successfully prosecuted for any default on the part of the Contractor, all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be paid by the Contractor. Where the Contractor fails to timely deliver pursuant to the guaranteed delivery terms of the Contract, the ordering Authorized User may obtain substitute Product temporarily and the cost of the replacement Product shall be deducted from the Contract quantity without penalty or liability to the State.

  • Reimbursement of Eligible Costs To be eligible for reimbursement, the Engineer's costs must (1) be incurred in accordance with the terms of a valid work authorization; (2) be in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule; and (3) comply with cost principles set forth at 48 CFR Part 31, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 31).   • Liquidation Expenses Expenses that are incurred by the Master Servicer or a Servicer in connection with the liquidation of any defaulted Mortgage Loan and that are not recoverable under the applicable Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy, if any, including, without limitation, foreclosure and rehabilitation expenses, legal expenses and unreimbursed amounts, if any, expended pursuant to Sections 9.06, 9.16 or 9.22.

  • Distribution Expenses Each of the Funds expressly agrees to pay to Service Company, as requested, the Fund’s portion of the actual cost of distributing shares of the Funds, which shall mean its share of all of the direct and indirect expenses of a marketing and promotional nature including, but not limited to, advertising, sales literature, and sales personnel, as well as expenditures on behalf of any newly organized registered investment company which is to become a party of this Agreement pursuant to Section 5.4. The cost of distributing shares of the Funds shall not include distribution-related expenses of an administrative nature, which shall be allocated among the Funds pursuant to Section 3.2(A).   • Collection Expenses The Borrower further agrees, subject only to any limitation imposed by applicable law, to pay all expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the holder of this Note in endeavoring to collect any amounts payable hereunder which are not paid when due.

The Company will pay, and will save each Purchaser and each other holder of a Note harmless from, (i) all claims in respect of any fees, costs or expenses, if any, of brokers and finders (other than those, if any, retained by a Purchaser or other holder in connection with its purchase of the Notes) and (ii) any judgment, liability, claim, order, decree, fine, penalty, cost, fee, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) or obligation resulting from the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, including the use of the proceeds of the Notes by the Company, due to (a) any failure of any representation or warranty of the Company in this Agreement to be true and correct in all material respects on the date as of which made and at the time of the Closing (except, in each case, to the extent any representation or warranty expressly relates to a different date, in which case as of such different date) or (b) any failure by the Company to perform or comply in all material respects with any covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement.

  • Reimbursable Costs 5.3.1. To be considered eligible for reimbursement, costs have to be: • actually incurred, individually identifiable and verifiable, as backed by copies of supporting evidence, as the case may be in the Contractor’s official bookkeeping; this means that no lump sums will be eligible for reimbursement; • necessary in order to perform the tasks as specified in the Terms of Reference (Annex 2); and • cost effective and providing value for money
