Directions And Instructions. All directions to the Custodian from Norwest Bank shall be in writing (provided that the Custodian may, in its discretion, accept oral directions subject to confirmation in writing), and the Custodian shall be fully protected in acting in accordance therewith or for failing to act in the absence thereof. Norwest Bank shall certify to the Custodian the names and specimen signatures of persons authorized to act for Norwest Bank in relation to the Custodian.
