Common use of Direct Supervision Clause in Contracts

Direct Supervision. While obtaining training at AFFILIATE, the clinical activities of Resident(s) and/or Fellow(s) shall be directly supervised by AFFILIATE Medical Staff Member Physicians in good standing who shall be called the "Supervising Physician”. The Supervising Physician shall be responsible for the overall direction and management of the Resident(s)' and/or Fellow(s)' performance while at AFFILIATE.
