Direct Hire. If Participating Agency wishes to directly hire a Designated Personnel in the six (6) months following the first day on which the Designated Personnel was first assigned to the Participating Agency, the Participating Agency will pay a service fee (finder’s fee) calculated based on: the Regular Rate set out in Exhibit B multiplied by 160.
Direct Hire. Through its direct hire program, Medix will, upon University request, submit Candidates for employment with University in consideration for a placement fee earned upon commencement of employment (the “Direct Hire Fee”). For each Candidate placed with University, Medix will earn the Direct Hire Fee, billed and payable according to the Agreement. Should the Candidate’s employment with University end due to voluntary termination or involuntary termination resulting from misconduct or poor work performance within thirty (30) days of commencement, Medix will replace the Candidate at no additional charge, provided that University gives Medix notice within fifteen (15) days after the Candidate’s termination. Direct Hire. Client agrees to a permanent placement fee of 23% of the employee’s first year base salary for each candidate hired through CultureFit. CultureFit agrees to a 90-day unconditional guarantee on all placements provided by CultureFit. If the employee should voluntarily leave or be terminated within 90 days from the start date, CultureFit will replace the candidate at no charge. CultureFit will replace the candidate for the same position the employee was terminated or voluntary left at the same or higher base salary and will not invoice Client additionally for the replacement candidate. If the employee should voluntarily leave or be terminated within the first 365 days from the start date, CultureFit will replace that employee at a discounted fee (10% of first year base salary). The extended guarantee is only applicable when Client pays within the payment terms and is exclusively for the same role the employee resigned or was terminated from.
