Direct Connections Clause Samples
Direct Connections. Prior to January 1, ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, make bookings through any direct connect relationships other than its Supplier Link relationships in effect as of the Agreement Date. Thereafter, in addition to its existing Supplier Link relationships, Orbitz may, at its option, make bookings through any Alternative Distribution Channel, including through any direct connect relationship with any air carrier or air carriers, but Orbitz will remain at all relevant times subject to the commitments in Section 6.B above.
Direct Connections. If a direct connection to a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (e.g., a direct entrance into a building or a private bridge between a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and a building) is part of the overall Project, then in accordance with Section 5.6 above, FTA may determine that the National Environmental Policy Act, 42 USCA 4321, et seq., as amended, is applicable to the Project. Additionally, the following laws and their implementing regulations are also applicable to a direct connection: A. Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 USCA Section 794; B. Architectural Barriers Act, 42 USCA Section 4151, et seq.; and
