DIR Contract Sample Clauses
DIR Contract. This proposal is presented to Nueces County by IPM under provisions of the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) program. Formal contract terms are subject to DIR guidelines as described in the IPM DIR website ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/index.htm. We do not anticipate that our contract terms would be in conflict with DIR guidelines, but in the event they are determined to be so, DIR guidelines will take precedence.
DIR Contract. This Technical Services Service Attachment is subject to DIR Contract No. DIR- CPO-4889 (the “Master Terms”). In the event of a conflict between this Technical Services Service Attachment and the Master Terms, the Master Terms shall control.
