Diligent Action by City Sample Clauses
The "Diligent Action by City" clause requires the city to perform its obligations under the agreement with reasonable speed, care, and effort. Diligent Action by City. 7.2.1 Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall accept the Technical Permit Applications filed by Developer with the City and shall diligently proceed to process such Technical Permit Applications to completion.
