Common use of Diligence Obligations Clause in Contracts

Diligence Obligations. (a) In addition to the diligence obligations set forth in Section 7.1, the Parties shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Develop and achieve Regulatory Approval for the Licensed Products in each of the Major Markets and, following such Regulatory Approval, to Commercialize such Licensed Products in each of the Major Markets.

Diligence Obligations. (a) In addition to the diligence obligations set forth in Section 7.1, the Parties shall (directly or through one or more Affiliates or Licensee Partners) shall, as applicable, use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Develop and achieve Regulatory Approval for the Licensed Shared Products in each of the Major Markets and, following such Regulatory Approval, to Commercialize such Licensed Shared Products in each of the Major Markets.
