Common use of Digitization Clause in Contracts

Digitization. The Contractor undertakes to provide such data and metrics through the use of automated tools and technology that the Company may require to be used, presenting such data in a style, format, manner or frequency as desired by the Company. Wherever the Company mandates the use of digitized tools for managing the GDC Program, the Contractor shall consider the same and after mutual agreement commits to purchase and use such tools at the Contractor’s expense. In order to encourage use of tools, wherever possible in its discretion, the Company will support and facilitate the purchase and development of such tools.
