Common use of Digital Television Clause in Contracts

Digital Television. The Station has been assigned a channel (Channel 19) by the FCC for the provision of digital television service (“DTV”). The Station has constructed and is operating a DTV facility on its assigned Channel 19 pursuant to, and in accordance with, a DTV license issued by the FCC. In response to an inquiry by the FCC, KBWB Licensee will file a letter with the FCC electing to use Channel 19 for its permanent DTV operations upon completion of the DTV transition.

The Station has constructed and is operating a DTV facility on its assigned Channel 19 21 pursuant to, and in accordance with, a DTV license issued by the FCC. In response to an inquiry by the FCCOn February 10, KBWB 2005, WXON Licensee will file a letter filed with the FCC an application electing to use Channel 19 21 for its permanent DTV operations upon completion of the DTV transition.
