Differential Pay Assignments. The District agrees to assign employees to duties for which differential pay is designated based on job classification seniority among those employees who request such an assignment.

Mandatory Assignment In the event Borrower requests that certain amendments, modifications or waivers be made to this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents which request is approved by Agent but is not approved by one or more of the Banks (any such non-consenting Bank shall hereafter be referred to as the “Non-Consenting Bank”), then, within thirty (30) days after Borrower’s receipt of notice of such disapproval by such Non-Consenting Bank, Borrower shall have the right as to such Non-Consenting Bank, to be exercised by delivery of written notice delivered to the Agent and the Non-Consenting Bank within thirty (30) days of receipt of such notice, to elect to cause the Non-Consenting Bank to transfer its entire Commitment. The Agent shall promptly notify the remaining Banks that each of such Banks shall have the right, but not the obligation, to acquire a portion of the Commitment, pro rata based upon their relevant Commitment Percentages, of the Non-Consenting Bank (or if any of such Banks does not elect to purchase its pro rata share, then to such remaining Banks in such proportion as approved by the Agent). In the event that the Banks do not elect to acquire all of the Non-Consenting Bank’s Commitment, then the Agent shall endeavor to find a new Bank or Banks to acquire such remaining Commitment. Upon any such purchase of the Commitment of the Non-Consenting Bank, the Non-Consenting Bank’s interests in the Obligations and its rights hereunder and under the Loan Documents shall terminate at the date of purchase, and the Non-Consenting Bank shall promptly execute and deliver any and all documents reasonably requested by Agent to surrender and transfer such interest, including, without limitation, an Assignment and Acceptance Agreement and such Non-Consenting Bank’s original Note. Notwithstanding anything in this §18.9 to the contrary, any Bank or other Bank assignee acquiring some or all of the assigned Commitment of the Non-Consenting Bank must consent to the proposed amendment, modification or waiver. The purchase price to be paid by the acquiring Banks for the Non-Consenting Bank’s Commitment shall equal the principal owed to such Non-Consenting Bank, and the Borrower shall pay to such Non-Consenting Bank in addition thereto and as a condition to such sale any and all other amounts outstanding and owed by Borrower to the Non-Consenting Bank hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents, including all accrued and unpaid interest or fees which would be owed to such Non-Consenting Bank hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents if the Loans were to be repaid in full on the date of such purchase of the Non-Consenting Bank’s Commitment. No registration fee under §18.2 shall be required in connection with such assignment.
Extra Duty Assignments The Joint Study Committee hereby recommends the following as guidelines for extra duty assignments:
Shift Assignments When an opening occurs in a shift assignment in an appropriate work group at a location, preference shall be given to employees within the classification who possess the training, ability and any required special qualifications to perform the work required, on the basis of seniority. In the event that no employee desires a shift assignment, employees shall be selected in order of inverse seniority. This provision shall not apply to necessary training assignments. This provision shall not in itself alter the practice of rotating shifts where such practice presently exists. No employee who has a regular shift assignment on the effective date of the Agreement shall be involuntarily displaced from such shift assignment as a result of this Article.
Differential Pay Section 1(A). Geographic Area Pay. Classifications C4115, C4116, C4207, C4209, C4211, C4213, C4215, C4221, C4223, C4225: Prevailing basic rates in specific geographical areas for employment of limited duration less than one hundred twenty (120) days will be approved. Employees paid at such rates will not be eligible for vacation, sick leave or holiday benefits. Such rates will be paid only for construction work.
Shift Assignment Should the University elect to establish a shift on any other schedule than the regular day shift (Monday through Friday) or to assign employees to work on any such shift, the employee(s) with the most seniority in the classification affected or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the classification elect to move to such shift, then the employee(s) with the least seniority in the classification shall be assigned to such shift. If positions or shifts are reduced or eliminated or movement of personnel to other shifts is required, then the seniority of the affected employee will prevail in the selection of shift, provided the affected employee can do the required work. Such shift preference is only applicable within the employee's classification.
Permitted Assignments A Lender may assign to an Eligible Assignee any of its rights and obligations under the Loan Documents, as long as (a) each assignment is of a constant, and not a varying, percentage of the transferor Lender’s rights and obligations under the Loan Documents and, in the case of a partial assignment, is in a minimum principal amount of $5,000,000 (unless otherwise agreed by Agent in its discretion) and integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess of that amount; (b) except in the case of an assignment in whole of a Lender’s rights and obligations, the aggregate amount of the Commitments retained by the transferor Lender is at least $5,000,000 (unless otherwise agreed by Agent in its discretion); and (c) the parties to each such assignment shall execute and deliver to Agent, for its acceptance and recording, an Assignment and Acceptance. Nothing herein shall limit the right of a Lender to pledge or assign any rights under the Loan Documents to (i) any Federal Reserve Bank or the United States Treasury as collateral security pursuant to Regulation A of the Board of Governors and any Operating Circular issued by such Federal Reserve Bank, or (ii) counterparties to swap agreements relating to any Loans; provided, however, that any payment by Borrowers to the assigning Lender in respect of any Obligations assigned as described in this sentence shall satisfy Borrowers’ obligations hereunder to the extent of such payment, and no such assignment shall release the assigning Lender from its obligations hereunder.
LIGHT DUTY ASSIGNMENTS 1. In the event a clerk requests a light duty assignment, in writing, management must contact the President, Lehigh Valley Area Local to discuss such request.
Relief Assignments 12.1 All possible regular relief assignments with five days work per week and two consecutive rest days (subject to Clause 11.1) shall be established to perform necessary relief work or to perform relief work on certain days and such types of other work on other days as may be assigned under this agreement.
Change in Assignment Should it become necessary to make changes in an employee's assignment, the person responsible for making the change shall notify the employee prior to making such change and shall specify such change in writing.
Housing Assignments The University assigns Licensee to a bed space and does not guarantee specific room types, room spaces, apartments, or roommates. The University shall have the right to reassign the Licensee to a different bed space without the Licensee's consent prior to or during the term of the agreement.
