DIFFERENCE IN CONDITIONS. In any dispute in connection with the terms conditions exclusions or limitations of this policy it is specifically understood and agreed that the terms conditions exclusions and limitations of the Approved W ording contained in the Prospectus for Approved Insurers to the institute shall take precedence over any terms conditions exclusions or limitations contained herein which are less favourable to the insured.

DIFFERENCE IN CONDITIONS. The University and City recognize differences in design, building and fire code application in the City and on the C a l P o l y campus. The California State Fire Marshal has jurisdiction over State property and is responsible for the compliance of facilities and operations with applicable fire and safety codes as well as fire safety design of facilities and supporting infrastructure. The City of San Xxxx Obispo fire and emergency response resources have been designed to operate within the City. Operations on the campus may be at a disadvantage when conditions such as, but not limited to, accessibility, fire flows, hydrant locations, fixed fire protection systems, and alarms systems are different than conditions within the City of San Xxxx Obispo. The City and University seek opportunities to collaborate to minimize operational disadvantages when possible; however, neither the University nor the California State Fire Marshal relinquishes their rights and privileges to the City regarding fire and safety codes that apply to the University.
