DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURES FOR DIRECT-OWNED RESTAURANTS. (1) This Agreement is not a franchise for the operation of Burger King Restaurants. The terms and conditions applicable to the PRC Companies for the operation of Direct-Owned Restaurants, including the Existing PRC Company Restaurants, are set forth in the PRC Company Franchise Agreement and the applicable Unit Addendum for each Direct-Owned Restaurant, and the terms and conditions applicable to Franchisees for the operation of Franchised Restaurants are set forth in the Franchise Agreements.
