Common use of Development Commences Promptly Clause in Contracts

Development Commences Promptly. Lessee shall: (a) commence the necessary activities for the permitting, designing and engineering of the Permitted Improvements promptly following the Effective Date; (b) commence the necessary activities for the construction of the Permitted Improvements promptly following the date of its Notice of Commencement; and (c) proceed diligently and continuously thereafter until completion, subject to only a event of Force Majeure.
