Developer’s development of the. Development Parcels for the Private Development and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s approval (the “Development Approvals”) of the items above and such other activities as ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Developer may agree from time to time (items (a) through (k) in this recital, and as they may be amended from time to time, are collectively the “Development Plan”).
