Common use of Developer Objectives Clause in Contracts

Developer Objectives. This Agreement is necessary to assure Developer that (i) the Project will not be reduced in density, intensity or use; and (ii) the Project will not be subjected to new rules, regulations, ordinances, or official policies or delays which are not permitted by this Agreement.
