Developer Inspection and Testing. Developer shall perform the inspection, sampling, testing, quality control and quality assurance necessary for Developer to comply with its obligations under the Contract Documents.

In the event that Developer elects to utilize such information, TxDOT may recover as TxDOT Recoverable Costs its reasonable expenses related to the development of such information.
