Common use of Developer Improvements Clause in Contracts

Developer Improvements. Developer agrees to provide a financial guarantee to ensure installation of the Improvements. The financial guarantee shall be in the form of a letter of credit in an amount equal to 120% of the total improvement costs for all Improvements and the second lift street improvements as provided for in paragraphs 3 and 23.

Developer Improvements. Developer agrees to provide a financial guarantee to ensure installation of the Subdivision Improvements and Second Lift Street Improvements. The financial guarantee shall be in the form of a letter of credit in an amount equal to one hundred twenty percent (120% %) of the total improvement costs for all Improvements improvements and the second lift street improvements as provided for in paragraphs 3 and 23paragraph 4.
