Develop Training Program. As directed by the TCEQ and Project Team, TWRI will modify existing training programs, such as the EPA Watershed Training Materials and those found as a result of subtask 2.1, to fit the needs of Texas professionals. The following actions have been completed during this reporting period: a. At the June 22nd planning team meeting, it was decided that the best approach for delivering the Short Course was to follow the watershed planning approach. A draft outline of the course agenda following this step-by-step process is attached (Attachment 3). Potential speakers are identified on the outline.
