Common use of Determination Dates Clause in Contracts

Determination Dates. On each Determination Date, as provided in Section 2.3(b) below, the Servicer shall instruct the Trustee in writing to withdraw, and on the following Distribution Date the Trustee, acting in accordance with such instructions, shall withdraw the amounts required to be withdrawn from the Series 1999-1 Accrued Interest Account pursuant to Sections 2.3(b), and (h) below in respect of all funds available from Interest Collections processed since the preceding Distribution Date and allocated to the Series 1999-1 Noteholders.
