Determination by Lot. In the event two (2) or more employees have the same seniority ranking after the application of Section 8.6.1 and 8.6.2, all employees so affected shall participate in a drawing by lot to determine position on the seniority list. The Association and all employees so affected shall be notified in writing of the date, place, and time of the drawing. The drawing shall be conducted openly and at a time and place that will allow affected employees and the Association to be in attendance.
