Determination and Publication Sample Clauses
Determination and Publication. The Calculation Agent will, as soon as practicable after the time on any date that it is required to make any determination in accordance with this Condition 5:
(i) Determine: make such determination; and
(ii) Publish: notify such determination to the Trustee, the Issuer, each Paying Agent, the Noteholders, and any other specified person and, if required, the relevant Stock Exchange as soon as possible after its determination but in no event later than (a) the commencement of the relevant Interest Calculation Period, if determined prior to such time or (b) in all other cases, the fourth Business Day after such determination.
Determination and Publication. (a) Calculation: Each Interest Amount will be calculated by multiplying the product of the Interest Rate and the Interest Calculation Amount of the relevant Note by the Day Count Fraction, unless an Interest Amount or a formula for its calculation is specified, in which case such amount or formula will apply.
