Detectors Sample Clauses

The 'Detectors' clause defines the requirements and specifications for devices or systems used to identify certain conditions, such as smoke, gas, or unauthorized entry, within a property or facility. It typically outlines the types of detectors to be installed, their placement, maintenance obligations, and compliance with relevant safety standards or regulations. By establishing clear expectations for detection equipment, this clause helps ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and timely response to potential hazards or security breaches.

Detectors. Detectors, are in most contexts the subsystem where most of the R&D effort and costs go. Better detectors imply reduced complexity and cost of the ancillary apparatus for detection. As such placing a single number on Detectors is futile. But one can take example of the list in Figure 1 and argue that some aspects of the detectors in question cannot be ignored. In some cases,(KIDs) the relevant requirements (NEP and speed of response) are conflicting/competing and so a “best-case” configuration can be used as a reference for an assessment of the current TRL levels.
Detectors a) The Detector shall be analogue addressable type. b) The chamber should be easily removable for the purpose of easy maintenance. c) The address programming shall be done by a Base/detector or from the Fire alarm control panel. d) The detectors shall have a common base to allow easy interchange of various types of detectors.
