Detective Division Premium. Employees who are routinely and consistently assigned to the detective or investigative division or the following intelligence duties: Santa Clara County Special Enforcement Team (SCCSET), School Resource Officer (SRO), Regional Auto Theft Task Force (RATTF) shall receive a 5% of base pay as Special Assignment Premium.

Detective Division Premium for unit members who are routinely assigned to a detective or investigative division.
Detective Division Premium. Officers and/or Sergeants assigned as Detectives, shall receive an additional seven percent (7%) of salary, at the employee's basic hourly rate.
Detective Division Premium for unit members who are routinely assigned to a detective or investigative division 9.1.4 Police Administrative Officer-for unit members who are assigned to police administration to provide support for the police chief and command staff in the operation of the police department. Assignment for special pay purposes shall be done using Town Personnel Action Forms. While the Town maintains a Lieutenant rank, any specialty pays for Detective and Administrative positions are eliminated for the ranks of Corporal and Sergeant. Officers Association represented personnel removed from specialty positions on a temporary basis for departmental purposes and through no fault or request of their own shall continue to receive specialty pay for a maximum of 30 calendar days. The parties agree that special assignment premiums are pensionable as determined by CalPERS.
Detective Division Premium. Effective the first full pay period following ratification and approval of this Agreement, an employee designated by the Sheriff to work in the Investigations Division shall receive an additional five percent (5.0%) of base salary.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Shift Premium Full-Time and Part-Time Employees shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours worked where the majority of their scheduled hours fall between 1500 and 0700 hours.

  • Pay Rate Sick leave pay shall be at the shift straight-time hourly rate.
