Designation by a Member State. 1. The provisions in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article shall supersede the corresponding provisions in the articles listed in Annex 2 (a) and (b) respectively, in relation to the designation of an air carrier by the Member State concerned, its authorisations and permissions granted by Indonesia, and the refusal, revocation, suspension or limitation of the authorisations or permissions of the air carrier, respectively.
Designation by a Member State. 1. The provisions in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article shall supersede the corresponding provisions in the Articles listed in Annex II(a) and (b), respectively, in relation to the designation of an air carrier by the Member State concerned, its authoris ations and permissions granted by the Republic of India, and the refusal, revocation, suspension or limitation of the author isations or permissions of the air carrier, respectively.
Designation by a Member State. 1. The provisions in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article shall supersede the corresponding provisions in the Articles listed in Annex II(a) and (b) respectively, in relation to the designation of an air carrier by the Member State concerned, its authorisations and permissions granted by Romania, and the refusal, revo- cation, suspension or limitation of the authorisations or permissions of the air carrier, respectively.
Designation by a Member State. 1. The provisions in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article shall supersede the corresponding provisions in the Articles listed in Annex II(a) and (b) respectively, in relation to the designation of an air carrier by the Member State concerned, its authorisations and permissions granted by the Republic of Lebanon, and the refusal, revocation, suspension or limitation of the authori- sations or permissions of the air carrier, respectively.
Designation by a Member State. 1. The provisions in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article shall supersede the corresponding provisions in the articles listed in Annex II(a) and (b) respectively, in relation to the designation of an air carrier by the Member State concerned, its authorisations and permissions granted by the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and the refusal, revocation, suspension or limitation of the authorisations or permissions of the air carrier, respec- tively.
Designation by a Member State. 1. The provisions in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article shall prevail over the corresponding provisions in the Articles listed in Annex ΙΙ(a) and (b) respectively, in relation to the designation of an air carrier by the Member State concerned, its authoris ations and permissions granted by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the refusal, revocation, suspension or limitation of the authorisations or permissions of the air carrier, respect ively.
Designation by a Member State. 1. The provisions in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article shall supersede the corresponding provisions in the articles listed in Annex 2(a) and (b) respectively, in relation to the designation of an air carrier by the Member State concerned, its authorisations and permissions granted by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the refusal, revocation, suspension or limitation of the authorisations or permissions of the air carrier, respectively.
Designation by a Member State. 1. The provisions in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article shall supersede the corresponding provisions in the articles listed in Annex II(a) and (b) respectively, in relation to the designation of an air carrier by the Member State concerned, its authorisations and permissions granted by the Kyrgyz Republic, and the refusal, revocation, suspension or limitation of the authori- sations or permissions of the air carrier, respectively.
Designation by a Member State. 1. The provisions in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article shall supersede the corresponding provisions in the articles listed in points (a) and (b) of Annex 2 respectively, in relation to the designation of an air carrier by a Member State concerned, the authorisations and permissions granted to it by Peru, and the refusal, revocation, suspension or limitation of the authorisations or permissions of the air carrier, respectively.
Designation by a Member State. 1. The provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article shall supersede the corresponding provisions of the Articles listed in Annex II(a) and (b) respectively, in relation to the designation of an air carrier by the Member State concerned, its authorisations and permissions granted by the Kingdom of Morocco, and the refusal, revocation, suspension or limitation of the authorisations or permissions of the air carrier, respectively.
