Common use of Designated Persons Clause in Contracts

Designated Persons. None of the proceeds of any Loan will, to the Borrower’s knowledge, be used, and to the Borrower’s knowledge, none of the proceeds of any Loan have been used, to fund any operations in, finance any investments or activities in, or make any payments to a Designated Person or a Sanctioned Country.
