Common use of Designated Office Clause in Contracts

Designated Office. As long as any of the Warrants remain outstanding, the Company shall maintain an office or agency, which shall initially be the principal executive offices of the Company at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (the “Designated Office”), where the Warrants may be presented for exercise, registration of transfer, division or combination as provided in this Warrant. The Company may from time to time change the Designated Office to another office of the Company or its agent within the United States by notice given to all registered Holders at least 10 Business Days prior to the effective date of such change.
