DESIGNATED DISPOSAL AND PROCESSING LOCATIONS. 13.1 Residential Municipal Solid Waste and Residential Single-Stream Recovered Materials: All Residential Municipal Solid Waste Residential Single-Stream Recovered Materials Collected by the Contractor shall be delivered to the applicable Processing Facility, Transfer Stations or Disposal Facilities determined by the Contractor. A Transfer Station may serve as the initial receiving Facility prior to delivery of the Residential Municipal Solid Waste to a Disposal Facility. Acceptable Residential Municipal Solid Waste must be stored in enclosed, leak proof Collection Vehicles on the days the designated Disposal Facility or Transfer Station is unavailable.
