Common use of Designated Borrower Clause in Contracts

Designated Borrower. If the applicable Borrower is a Designated Borrower, then the conditions of Section 2.16 to the designation of such Borrower as a Designated Borrower shall have been met to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent.

Designated Borrower. If Other than with respect to any credit Extension of the Term Loan, if the applicable Borrower is a Designated Borrower, then the conditions of Section 2.16 to the designation of such Borrower as a Designated Borrower shall have been met to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent.

Designated Borrower. If the applicable Borrower is a Designated Borrower, then the conditions of Section 2.16 2.18 to the designation of such Borrower as a Designated Borrower shall have been met to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent.

Designated Borrower. If the applicable Borrower is a Designated Borrower, then the conditions of Section 2.16 2.18 to the designation of such Borrower as a Designated Borrower shall have been met to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent. Each borrowing hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower as of the date of such extension of credit and each issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of a Letter of Credit that the conditions contained in this Section 7.2 have been satisfied as of such date.

Designated Borrower. (i) If the applicable Borrower is a Designated Borrower, then (A) the conditions of Section 2.16 to the designation of such Borrower as a Designated Borrower shall have been met to the satisfaction of the Administrative AgentAgent and (B) such Borrower shall be a direct or indirectly Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company on such date of Borrowing.

Designated Borrower. If the applicable Borrower is a Designated Borrower, then the conditions of Section 2.16 2.15 to the designation of such Borrower as a Designated Borrower shall have been met to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent.
