Design Review Committee. The Parties shall establish a Design Review Committee (DRC) comprised of not more than four (4) persons, two (2) each representing UDB and the Town, respectively. DRC members will be designated separately by the governing bodies of each Party. The DRC will be charged with developing a project design for review and approval by the Parties. The DRC may also interview and make recommendations for the retention of consultants or contractors as needed to perform professional services, i.e. architectural design, engineering design, or the like. All such persons shall be reviewed via a competitive process based on evaluation of such factors as price, professional competence, experience, and conformity with project specifications. The decision to recommend a consultant or contractor shall be based on the affirmative vote of a majority of the DRC. The DRC shall not have the authority to enter into contracts obligating either Party. All such contracts, if any, shall only be approved by the governing bodies of the Parties.

Design Review Committee. The Declarant or Board, as applicable, shall designate a site and architectural review board (the “Design Review Committee”) consisting of up to five (5) persons, one of which may be an architect selected by Declarant who has demonstrated a sound understanding of traditional, residential forms of design (a “Qualified Architect”), to exercise the Board’s authority under this Article. The Design Review Committee shall promulgate detailed standards and procedures in implementing the requirements of this Article, in addition to the Design Standards. So long as Declarant owns any land within the Development or subject to this Declaration, the Declarant may select the membership of the Design Review Committee. Thereafter, the Board shall select the membership of the Design Review Committee. This Article shall be effective, and may not be amended without the prior written consent of Declarant, so long as Declarant owns any land subject to this Declaration or subject to annexation by this Declaration.

  • Review Committee A Student may ask that the decision of the Housing Director or designee to deny the cancellation be reviewed. The review will be conducted by a committee consisting of University officials.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Technical Advisory Committee (TAC The goal of this subtask is to create an advisory committee for this Agreement. The TAC should be composed of diverse professionals. The composition will vary depending on interest, availability, and need. TAC members will serve at the CAM’s discretion. The purpose of the TAC is to: • Provide guidance in project direction. The guidance may include scope and methodologies, timing, and coordination with other projects. The guidance may be based on: o Technical area expertise; o Knowledge of market applications; or o Linkages between the agreement work and other past, present, or future projects (both public and private sectors) that TAC members are aware of in a particular area. • Review products and provide recommendations for needed product adjustments, refinements, or enhancements. • Evaluate the tangible benefits of the project to the state of California, and provide recommendations as needed to enhance the benefits. • Provide recommendations regarding information dissemination, market pathways, or commercialization strategies relevant to the project products. The TAC may be composed of qualified professionals spanning the following types of disciplines: • Researchers knowledgeable about the project subject matter; • Members of trades that will apply the results of the project (e.g., designers, engineers, architects, contractors, and trade representatives); • Public interest market transformation implementers; • Product developers relevant to the project; • U.S. Department of Energy research managers, or experts from other federal or state agencies relevant to the project; • Public interest environmental groups; • Utility representatives; • Air district staff; and • Members of relevant technical society committees. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a List of Potential TAC Members that includes the names, companies, physical and electronic addresses, and phone numbers of potential members. The list will be discussed at the Kick-off meeting, and a schedule for recruiting members and holding the first TAC meeting will be developed. • Recruit TAC members. Ensure that each individual understands member obligations and the TAC meeting schedule developed in subtask 1.11. • Prepare a List of TAC Members once all TAC members have committed to serving on the TAC. • Submit Documentation of TAC Member Commitment (such as Letters of Acceptance) from each TAC member.   • Development Committee As soon as practicable, the Parties will establish a joint development committee, comprised of up to [**] representatives of Verve and up to [**] representatives of Acuitas (the “JDC”). One such representative from each Party will be such Party’s Workplan Leader. Each Party may replace its Workplan Leader and other JDC representatives at any time upon written notice to the other Party, provided, however, that each Party shall use reasonable efforts to ensure continuity on the JDC. With the consent of the other Party (which will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), each Party may invite non-voting employees and consultants to attend JDC meetings, subject to their agreement to be bound to the same extent as a permitted subcontractor under Section 3.1(i).

  • Technical Committee 1. The Technical Committee shall comprise:

  • Project Steering Committee 1. For a sound implementation and management of the project, a steering committee shall be set up in line with provisions of the programme implementation manual.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Committee Work All time spent by employees on Employer established committees and committees mentioned in this contract (including side letters) shall be considered time worked and shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay. Time spent on committee work will not be counted towards the calculation of overtime.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund.
