Common use of Design Professional Clause in Contracts

Design Professional. The Design Professional shall, in accordance with its contract, include a registered design professional to provide all design services for the Project. All work submitted by the Design Professional is subject to a peer review program established by the Program Manager. The term “Design Professional” includes engineers, surveyors, designers, and the other consultants retained by the Design Professional.

Design Professional. The Design Professional Design-Builder shall, in accordance with its contractthis Agreement, include as a part of its business organization or employ a registered design professional to provide all design services for the Project. All work submitted by the Design Professional is subject to a peer review program established by the Program Manager. The term terms “Design Professional” includes and “Program Manager” include engineers, surveyors, designers, designers and the other consultants retained by the Design ProfessionalProfessional and Program Manager.

The term “Design Professional” includes engineersmeans individuals or entities that will provide Design Build Entity with architectural, surveyorsengineering, designersand other professional services required for the coordinated design of the Project, and the other administration of construction, which are independent consultants retained to Design Build Entity. Design Professionals include those Design Professionals designated by the Design ProfessionalBuild Entity as Key Personnel.

The Design Professional shallmay practice Architecture, in accordance with its contractEngineering, include a registered design professional Interior Design, Landscape Architecture or other similar disciplines professionally qualified to provide all design the services for the Project. All work submitted by the Design Professional is subject to a peer review program established by the Program Manager. The term “Design Professional” includes engineers, surveyors, designers, and the other consultants retained by the Design Professionaldescribed herein.

Design Professional. The Design Professional Design-Builder shall, in accordance with its contractthis Agreement, include as a part of its business organization via direct employment, formalized joint venture, or via subcontract, a registered design professional to provide all design services for the Project. All work submitted by the Design-Builder’s Design Professional is subject to a peer review program established by the Program ManagerExecutive Administrator or other representative engaged by Owner. The term “Design Professional” includes engineers, surveyors, designers, designers and the other consultants retained by the Design Professional.
