Common use of Design Phase Submissions Clause in Contracts

The Architectural Designer shall promptly provide to the School District one (1) complete set of all Record Documents on electronic media acceptable to the School District (e.g., CD-ROM, AutoCAD and PDF format) and four (4) sets of prints to the School District for all Design Phase submissions.
