Design Office Support Services. Jacobs will provide support services from the design office during the construction period generally beginning at the time the notice to proceed is issued to the contractor and concluding with project completion. It is anticipated at the Construction Manager (not Engineer) will take primary responsibility to administer EADOC and coordinate with design office staff. This task is an allowance.
