The Design for Construction shall include drawings, plans and specifications (the "Construction Documents") which describe with specificity all elements, details, components, materials, and other information necessary for construction of a complete and usable Project. The Construction Documents shall be accurate, coordinated and adequate for construction and shall be in conformity and comply with all applicable law, codes and regulations. Products, equipment and material specified for use shall be readily available unless written authorization to the contrary is given by the CITY. The Design for Construction shall specifically include, but shall not be limited to, the following:
