Design Committee. The design committee will be formed and in place by August 1, 2017. It isunderstood that the committee participants may change by subject matter expert(s) and as needed per the committee. County Resources. By the time that the parties have reached written mutual agreement on a Scope of Work, as described in Section 2.2, the County shall have obtained, installed, and have in full operation, as County Equipment and County Software, the hardware and software described in 3.7, for the installation and operation of the DEVNET Property Tax Software System. If the County makes (or causes or permits to be made by any third party) any modifications to the County Equipment, County Software, or County Databases that are incompatible with the DEVNET Property Tax Software System, efforts by DEVNET to make necessary revisions to the DEVNET Property Tax Software System due to such modifications will be billable to the County, on a time-and-materials basis, at DEVNET’s then- current rates. As necessary for DEVNET to fulfill its obligations hereunder, the County shall provide DEVNET with any reasonably required or requested information regarding any such modifications. On or before the commencement of work to be performed by DEVNET pursuant to this Agreement, the County shall obtain and have in full operation the following hardware for installation and operation of the DEVNET Property Tax Software System and the DEVNET wEdge™ Online Property Inquiry System. LIAISON COMMITTEE 8.01 A Liaison Committee shall be established which shall meet on an informal basis at the call of any of the parties signatory hereto, to discuss matters of mutual interest pertaining to the Project and/or this Agreement, with the objective of promoting and maintaining beneficial relations and cooperation between the parties, and of ensuring the achievement of the purposes of this Agreement. The Liaison will meet at least twice per year.
Selection Committee A. Each building site will appoint a selection committee for the TLS. The committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of teachers and administrators and at least one teacher will be appointed by the Des Moines Education Association.
Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.
TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.
Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.
Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

Study Committee The parties shall utilize the Benefits Advisory Committee, with equal membership by the State and the VSEA, for the purpose of reviewing all issues related to health care and prescription drugs, and recommending changes to the bargaining committees. The parties shall also establish a special study committee to evaluate the current health plans, and make recommendations to the bargaining committees of the State and employees for sustainable savings in the health care plans.
Evaluation Committee A The Association and the Board agree to establish a standing joint Evaluation Development Committee for the purpose of establishing the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District and to regularly review the effectiveness of the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District.
Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:
