Design-Builder Diligence Notwithstanding Available Documents. The Design-Builder must make, and will be deemed to have made, its own inquiries as to the relevance, completeness, accuracy, adequacy and fitness for purpose of any and all the Available Documents, publicly-available information and any information provided by Corporation.
