DESIGN BUILD CONTRACTOR shall reimburse City for deposits made by City Sample Clauses

DESIGN BUILD CONTRACTOR shall reimburse City for deposits made by City and not returned to City due to the negligent or intentional acts of the DESIGN BUILD CONTRACTOR. Should DESIGN BUILD CONTRACTOR not promptly so reimburse City upon demand, City shall be entitled to recover said amount from DESIGN BUILD CONTRACTOR, including, but not limited to, by deducting the amount from payments due the DESIGN BUILD CONTRACTOR.
