Design and Approval. Within sixty (60) days of City Council’s approval of this Agreement, Developer will submit the following to the City for its consideration:

Design and Approval. 1.1 The parties understand that Col. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Memorial Statue must be historically accurate and match the bust portrait of Col. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx. Below the chest, clothing, and body structure must be historically accurate and approved by CAPMSC.
Design and Approval. Tenant's sign on the Buttress Signage ("Exterior Signage") shall contain only Tenant's name, logo or abbreviation and shall be subject to Landlord's prior written approval (in Landlord's sole discretion) with regard to size, design, color, materials, content, exact location and method of installation, and shall be appropriate for a first-class high rise office building, in conformity with the overall design and ambiance of the Real Property and in compliance with all applicable Legal Requirements and the signage requirements in the recorded covenants, conditions and restrictions applicable to the Project (collectively, the "Legal Signage Restrictions"). The cost of the design, manufacture and installation of the Exterior Signage, as well as the cost of obtaining City approval for Tenant's particular Exterior Signage, shall be borne by Tenant. The Exterior Signage, as approved by Landlord in writing, may not be modified, replaced or removed without Landlord' prior written approval, in Landlord's sole discretion.
Design and Approval. Right EDGE shall keep Xxxx fully advised as to the progress of the Development Plan. The Development Plan shall be presented to Xxxx. Xxxx shall be entitled to approve or reject, or seek modifications of the Development Plan (the "Approved Development Plan" and the project contemplated in the Approved Development Plan shall be the "Approved Project"). The Approved Development Plan shall be subject to non-material change from time to time without the need for further consent of Xxxx.

SPECIFICATIONS Licensee acknowledges that SuperSolutions has developed comprehensive application programs, packages, and documentation contained in the System which includes existing Daybreak functionality in addition to the Gap Analysis functionality described in the Onyx Gap Analysis in EXHIBIT B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the "SPECIFICATIONS").

Subject to the provisions of this Section 23.1, and subject to approval as to design and location by the City of Thousand Oaks, Landlord's approval, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and any applicable governmental requirements, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to have a "Tenant Name" as that term is defined below, placed upon any new or existing monument sign (the "Monument Sign") located in front of the Building.
Design and Approval. Vilicom will design the in-building mobile network using guidelines provided by the technology vendor and in accordance with the recommendation of JOTS. This will be outlined in Exhibit A (the Site Design Document). The Site Design Document will be continuously up-issued as a living document until JOTS approval has been granted Exhibit A will be up-issued as the ‘as-built’ document once all JOTS approvals have been granted. Implement and Activate – Vilicom will install/manage the in-building network described in the Exhibit A. This will include: • The Distributed Antenna System/ Small Cell system. • In-Building Cabling • Commissioning and testing of the DAS/Small Cell in preparation for connection of the Mobile Network Operator RF sources • An out of band transmission link for connectivity of the active DAS solution to Vilicom’s Network Operations Centre (“NOC”) Xxxxxxx will also organize the installation and agree with the Mobile Network Operators on the management of: • RF source equipment and required transmission connectivity from the Customer Site to the Mobile Networks Operators networks Backhaul / Transmission – If applicable, after JOTS submission and Mobile Network Operator approval, in accordance with the information shared by Customer, Vilicom will work with Telefonica O2, Vodafone, 3UK and EE to organize the transmission for this site Testing – Vilicom will conduct all relevant testing and local network configuration to adhere to the Site Design Document (as set out in Exhibit A) and obtain Mobile Network Operator approvals to qualify for activation and optimization of the Service for public use. Upon Service activation, Xxxxxxx will notify the Customer. Vilicom shall undertake testing to verify that the signal quality adheres to the Site Design Document (as set out in Exhibit A) and shall make available the test data to Customer and respective Mobile Network Operator.
