Prodigy is a premier online, curriculum-aligned, educational math program and game for students aged 5-13, offering a free educational resource to schools, teachers and parents. Math educators can engage students in their math curriculum in a manner that creates a love of learning for math. Participating teachers have the opportunity to receive comprehensive reporting, versatile content delivery options and engaging, differentiated learning experiences for students. Parents can engage in their children’s math education by following their children’s progress in the game and supporting their children’s learning. Parents can be notified of the math activity that their children are undertaking and have the option to enhance their children’s math experience by purchasing a membership which offers enhanced features and math engagement opportunities. XXX is aware that: (i) as a feature of the product, students may access the product outside of school hours; (ii) the product has a paid membership option which provides access to supplemental content; (iii) when using the free educational product, there may be references to the paid membership option and its features within the product; and (iv) as part of the product, parents/guardians of students have the option to create a free online account to monitor their child’s progress and activity and/or to purchase a paid membership. XXX agrees that the existence of these paid membership features and in-game references to such features will not be considered Targeted Advertising or a prohibited use of Student Data. To remove in-game references to paid membership feature and content, XXX must contact Prodigy to purchase bulk memberships for students.
