Description of Scope. The Contractor shall provide Pest Control Services which includes General Pest Control Services, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Rodent Control, and Termite Control Services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, expertise, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary to ensure the prevention, control, and eradication of Pests from the Customer's Facilities. All Pest Control Services shall be performed in compliance with the requirements of this Term Contract.
