They shall not form part of the Contract.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS/SERVICES. The specification for services that can be provided from this contract have been developed following a formal tender in compliance with the EU Procurement Directives and therefore as advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) under the reference 06 S 147-158894EN published on 02 August 2006. The full specification of the services that could be required and those that may be provided under this Framework, are fully documented in the Client’s Tender Document reference LCD/00015/2006, issued 20 October 2006 and divided into four lots. The specification for the services to be provided in this Contract are as detailed in your Tender dated (04) December 2006 in relation to the following lots only. • Lot 1: Leadership and Change Management; • Lot 2: Specialist/Academic Advice, Research and Related Services; • Lot 3: Specialist Financial Advice; and • Lot 4: Event Management. Delete as appropriate Appendix B contains the cost schedules extracted from the tender document including the amendments agreed during the clarification process, and provides an overview of the specification and the costing structure for the Services that can be provided under this Framework Contract. The Client, any other Government Department, Agency or Non-Departmental public body, shall be entitled, but not obliged, at any time during the term of the Framework Agreement to order services from the Contractor by placing a Service Order in accordance with the specified ordering procedures and thereby entering into a Service Contract, as fully detailed in the tender document.
